Hi, welcome to my first blog post!
I hope all of you are enjoying your day and are finding some to time to relax and wind down.
This piece was created after an event that took a turn, but neither for the worst nor the best. I drew this piece a few days after I confessed to a friend who I had feelings for. I got turned down. It came somewhat unexpectedly since I was almost certain that he felt the same way as I did. But his response could be due to my part, rushing into a romantic relationship before establishing a deeper friendship.
Nevertheless, this is all part of life and one should not let another have the power, the authority, to stop you from growing and learning. Not just with personal relationships but with other obstacles in life too, nothing can obstruct you from improving yourself. All you can do is desire and pursue your goals.
Or sometimes,
taking a leap of faith.
